Five to Thrive: Work it Out!

The biggest difference in my life when looking at the Five to Thrive is working out consistently. Growing up people told me I didn’t need to work out because I was skinny, so for the longest time, I truly believed that if you weren’t overweight, you didn’t go to the gym. Aye yie yie!
